You'll join LPA's Education Studio to lead design for high-performance learning environments, collaborating across multidisciplinary teams in California and Texas. You'll drive conceptual and schematic design while mentoring junior staff and shaping projects that prioritize sustainability and community impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead ideation with client and project teams
• Facilitate design presentations and approvals
• Mentor design team members across disciplines
• Collaborate on integrated, sustainable design solutions

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's in Architecture or Interior Design
• 10+ years experience in design projects
• Certified Interior Designer or Licensed Architect
• Proficient in Revit
