Description

You will develop strategy and lead a global team to deliver reliable AV and event production experiences, including conference rooms, live streaming, and executive productions. You'll own service delivery, standardize platforms, and drive innovation to connect employees worldwide.

Requirements

• 10+ years in AV/event production, including 5+ years leading teams
• Deep technical fluency in audio, video, lighting, control systems, streaming workflows, and hybrid platforms
• Program leadership across portfolio planning, budget ownership, vendor management, and cross-functional alignment
• Operational rigor with SLAs, incident and problem management, and change control
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field

Responsibilities

• Set multi-year AV Events strategy and roadmap
• Own service delivery and SLAs for conference room uptime, incident response, live streaming, and internal events
• Lead and develop a global team of AV engineers, technicians, and event producers
• Standardize room and control platforms; partner with IT/Network on QoS, monitoring, and capacity planning
• Deliver executive-grade productions with broadcast-quality audio, video, lighting, and graphics
