You'll oversee product development in Aperia's Payments portfolio, translating strategy into executable work for Agile teams. Your core impact is defining and prioritizing the product roadmap for SaaS solutions in Payments and Compliance. This role offers a chance to shape high-quality software in a fast-paced, global fintech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Synthesize UX research into user stories and design documents.
• Collaborate with dev teams to refine and prioritize the product backlog.
• Engage with VN and US stakeholders to validate product hypotheses.
• Lead release planning, sprint ceremonies, and review sessions.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years' experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
• Experience inventorying job stories and writing user stories.
• Ability to illustrate concepts and complex UX workflows.
• Strong English proficiency, especially technical writing.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Azure Cloud and cloud migration.
• Data-driven mindset and critical thinking.
• Knowledge of Fintech or banking business procedures.
