💼 About This Role

You'll own systems, processes, and programs that make Notabene a great place to work for a globally distributed team. You'll report directly to the Director of People Operations, driving initiatives across hiring, performance management, and culture. This high-ownership role offers the chance to build clean systems and be a trusted partner to employees and managers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Manage engagement surveys and stay/exit interviews.
• Administer people systems (Justworks, Remote, Deel) and payroll.
• Serve as first point of contact for employee queries.

📋 Requirements

• 3-6 years People Operations experience at a startup or scale-up.
• Operational precision and follow-through with multiple priorities.
• Experience supporting a globally distributed team across time zones.
• Strong analytical and systems thinking with Google Sheets.

✨ Nice to Have

• Admin-level experience with Remote, Justworks, or Deel.
• Familiarity with 15Five or similar performance management platform.
• Experience with ChartHop, Lattice, or Hibob.
