• Provide medication management and psychotherapy
• Create own caseload and patient volume
• Work hybrid schedule between office and home
• Treat adults or child & adolescent patients

📋 Requirements

• Fully licensed in Oregon
• Board Eligible or Board Certified (BE/BC)
• Unencumbered DEA registration
• Experience in medication management and psychotherapy
