You'll support store leadership in providing an amazing customer experience for music and pop culture fans. Your fandom knowledge will help train new recruits and ensure their success, while you assist with daily operations and sales targets. • Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return
• Step in and step up by covering sales floor and providing leadership support
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to navigate store and merchandise product using approved equipment
