💼 About This Role

You'll lead Translational Science operations to support nonclinical and clinical functions, managing systems, vendors, budgets, and timelines. You'll own operational management of project activities across complex drug development programs and drive coordination with CMC, Finance, and Legal for seamless execution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee operational management of Translational Science project activities
• Manage vendors, contracts, and budgets for Translational Science studies
• Coordinate with CMC to ensure compound supply for program progression
• Partner with Head of Translational Sciences to maximize group efficiency

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field
• 10 years of progressively responsible experience in project operations or project management
• Experience managing team resources, budgets, and external vendors in pharmaceutical or biotech
• Strong understanding of drug development process and GxP regulations

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting early-stage drug development
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project and reporting tools
• Experience managing Toxicology and Clinical Pharmacology activities
