You'll build and enhance high-performance Flutter applications for a globally scaled social discovery platform used by millions. Your work directly shapes technical decisions and improves application performance and user experience across Android and iOS. This fully remote role offers global collaboration and a mission-driven product environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive end-to-end delivery of business features from design to production release.
• Design and implement scalable Flutter-based mobile applications with high performance.
• Review technical specifications and define solution approaches.
• Develop clean, modular code and maintain standards through peer reviews.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years commercial experience with Flutter and Dart.
• Strong understanding of Flutter architecture, widgets, navigation, and state management.
• Experience building responsive UI components and high-performance mobile interfaces.
• Proficient in Git, Agile, English (B2+) and fluent in Russian.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with crash reporting tools like Firebase Crashlytics or Sentry.
• Exposure to app store deployment and native Android/iOS integrations.
