You'll assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, recruiting, and development for a pop culture-driven retail brand. Your role creates buzz through new products and social media while ensuring operational excellence. You'll build lifelong customer relationships and make a community impact with every sale.

• Support Store Manager to achieve sales plan and comp sales goals
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team
• Create buzz and customer engagement through new product promotions
• Manage shrink, payroll, and associate schedules

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail store management experience
• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
