Description

You will provide home health nursing services to elderly patients in the greater Lebanon, Ohio area. You will conduct assessments, develop care plans, administer treatments, and coordinate with physicians and families, all while working as part of a faith-based care team.

Requirements

• Graduate of approved nursing program
• Valid Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum 1 year clinical nursing experience
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Complete initial patient assessment to determine home care needs
• Initiate and revise plan of care based on patient status
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Counsel patient and family on nursing and related needs
• Communicate with physicians and coordinate care with community health persons
