You'll ensure procedures and processes meet rigorous quality standards in the repair/overhaul lifecycle of turbine engine components. You'll drive continuous improvement using root cause corrective action and collaborate with engineering and production teams. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Investigate customer concerns and compile technical reports.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conformances.
• Review and validate work instructions and technical drawings.
• Provide technical support for specific products and processes.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in technical or engineering field.
• Minimum 5 years quality or engineering experience in aerospace.
• Minimum 3 years shop environment exposure with manufacturing processes.
• Experience with continuous improvement and corrective action programs.

✨ Nice to Have

• ASQ certification (CQA and/or CQE).
• Experience with aircraft engine components.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
