💼 About This Role

You'll own BURGA's Tech Accessories category roadmap and lead products from idea to launch, driving strategy and managing suppliers. You'll partner with engineering, design, and marketing teams to bring high-quality products to market that are built to sell. This role offers a front-row seat to a rapidly growing brand with a 10-million-euro manufacturing facility and global celebrity exposure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own Tech Accessories category roadmap and deliver against commercial KPIs
• Lead products end-to-end from idea through development and launch
• Manage strategic supplier relationships on quality, timelines, and capacity
• Define quality standards and oversee testing process before launch

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product development from concept to launch
• Deep understanding of consumer hardware or accessories development
• Experience managing overseas manufacturer supplier relationships
• Proven ability to own a category roadmap and deliver revenue and margin targets
