Description

You will lead a small web development team, own and evolve our global multilingual marketing website on WordPress, set technical direction, and actively contribute code while working with Marketing and Design to deliver a best-in-class digital experience.

Requirements

• 6+ years of web development with deep expertise in WordPress
• 3+ years managing or leading a development team
• Strong hands-on experience with Bedrock and Sage (Laravel-based WordPress stack)
• Solid PHP expertise with Laravel/Symfony; modern JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frontend tooling
• Proven experience managing multilingual websites at scale and working with marketing teams

Responsibilities

• Own the global marketing website end-to-end: architecture, performance, security, scalability, and reliability
• Design, develop, and maintain WordPress sites using Bedrock and Sage with Laravel-based architecture
• Build and maintain custom Gutenberg blocks and reusable components
• Lead and manage a web development team, performing code reviews and enforcing best practices
• Establish and maintain development standards, documentation, and CI/CD pipelines
