You'll join the loudest store in the mall as a music and pop culture fanatic, providing amazing customer service and ensuring fans get their favorite merch. You'll share your fandom knowledge, stock products, and help visually merchandise the store. This role is hyper-focused on the in-store experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage repeat customers
• Cover the sales floor and maintain visual standards
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Assist with planogram changes and store map updates

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience working in a retail environment
• At least 16 years of age
• Superpowers in providing customer service and selling
• Ability to navigate store and lift up to 50 pounds
