💼 About This Role

You'll own the AI platform that powers Cority's next-generation EHS software, working hands-on with engineering to drive delivery and prototyping. Your core impact is building the foundation for all product teams to build on, ensuring trust, governance, and rapid experimentation. This role stands out for its builder-first mentality where you prototype ideas yourself before they hit a sprint.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work hands-on with engineering on day-to-day sprint execution and backlog management.
• Own and prioritize the AI platform roadmap in partnership with engineering and stakeholders.
• Build quick prototypes and run experiments to validate ideas before they enter the roadmap.
• Champion trust, security, and data governance as foundational platform requirements.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in product management with a strong track record in agile environments.
• Experience working on AI products in a production environment from concept through post-launch.
• Experience operationalizing agentic systems in production, including managing failure modes and multi-agent workflows.
• Experience with observability and evaluation for AI products in production.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in enterprise SaaS or EHS background.
• Proficient with Aha and Jira (or equivalent) and experienced running agile ceremonies.
