You'll drive customer demand and manage post-sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive customer demand and deliverables with operations team
• Manage customer expectations and satisfaction in post-sales
• Manage customer demand and forecast for quarterly commits

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor degree with analytical skill
• Exposure to managing customer expectations in optical transceivers
• Strong background in photonics device physics
• Experience in fast-paced high-tech environment

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in integrated photonics packaging and co-design
• Familiarity with wafer-level reliability and optical wafer probing
• Prior engagement with Tier-1 datacenter customers
