• Raise the technical bar through design documents, code reviews, and mentorship.

📋 Requirements

• Distributed systems design and implementation experience at scale.
• Low-latency, high-throughput service development in a cloud-native environment.
• Ownership of cross-component projects from concept to production.
• Operational excellence in debugging, runbooks, and automation for distributed services.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with high-throughput data infrastructure or streaming systems.
• Experience with migration projects transitioning from legacy to new architectures.
