You'll lead and scale the Application Security and Vulnerability Management teams at MoonPay, a unified payments platform for digital currency. You'll embed security into the product development lifecycle, empowering engineers to build fast without compromising safety. This role offers the chance to shape security for the Web3 economy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day operations and career development of two security teams.
• Define roadmap for product security focusing on scalable automation.
• Drive end-to-end vulnerability discovery, triaging, and remediation lifecycle.
• Integrate security tooling (SAST, DAST, SCA) into CI/CD pipelines.

📋 Requirements

• Proven track record managing technical security teams in high-growth, cloud-native environments.
• Strong background in application security, penetration testing, and software engineering.
• Experience building or implementing automated security scanning and reporting tools.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and resolving evolving topics effectively.

✨ Nice to Have

• Curious or experienced in blockchain technology and smart contract security.
• Experience with Web3 landscape challenges.
