Description

You will own the end-to-end underwriting and verification product domain, driving strategy for credit decisioning, fraud detection, and agent workflows. This high-impact role shapes approval rates, operational efficiency, and customer experience across the personal lending funnel.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of product management experience with significant focus on underwriting, credit, fraud, or decisioning platforms in fintech or consumer lending
• Deep experience with credit underwriting systems and fraud decisioning tools, including hands-on decision engine implementation
• Experience integrating and optimizing third-party data providers
• Strong structured thinking and execution excellence; ability to translate strategy into actionable plan with meaningful milestones

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end underwriting and verification product domain across credit, fraud, income, identity decisioning, and agent review workflows
• Define and execute multi-quarter roadmap for decision engines, including rule orchestration, model deployment, experimentation, and automation
• Lead integration and optimization of third-party data providers (e.g., LexisNexis, Socure, credit bureaus)
• Drive implementation and scaling of document processing platforms (e.g., Inscribe, Ocrolus) to increase straight-through processing
• Partner with underwriting agents and operations teams to design intuitive tooling and case management workflows
