You'll join Eliot's Homeless Services Division, providing housing stabilization support to unsheltered adults in transition. Your work will empower residents to achieve long-term housing stability and independence through person-centered case management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Empower residents with exercising autonomy and independence
• Conduct initial needs assessment and develop resource plans
• Support new residents transitioning into housing
• Assist clients in integrating into communities

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field
• For lived experience: high school diploma/GED and 1 year experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Experience with adults with mental illness or substance abuse
