💼 About This Role

You'll build and scale the enablement systems, content, and training for Clay's Go-To-Market Engineers, designing onboarding and ever-boarding programs that accelerate ramp time. You'll partner with Sales Leadership, Product, and RevOps to create repeatable frameworks and playbooks that drive pipeline and revenue. This is a foundational role at a $5B valuation unicorn backed by Sequoia.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Design and scale onboarding and ever-boarding programs.
  • Build workshops and certifications for GTME skills.
  • Capture and scale best practices from top performers.
  • Develop and maintain a central resource hub.
  • Partner with PMM, Product, and GTME leadership.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years in enablement or sales in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills for workshops and exec conversations.
  • Technical fluency in data workflows, integrations, and automation.
  • Experience building and scaling enablement programs like onboarding and playbooks.
  • Experience managing enablement systems (e.g., Notion, Gong, or LMS).
