💼 About This Role
You'll build and scale the enablement systems, content, and training for Clay's Go-To-Market Engineers, designing onboarding and ever-boarding programs that accelerate ramp time. You'll partner with Sales Leadership, Product, and RevOps to create repeatable frameworks and playbooks that drive pipeline and revenue. This is a foundational role at a $5B valuation unicorn backed by Sequoia.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Design and scale onboarding and ever-boarding programs.
- Build workshops and certifications for GTME skills.
- Capture and scale best practices from top performers.
- Develop and maintain a central resource hub.
- Partner with PMM, Product, and GTME leadership.
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years in enablement or sales in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills for workshops and exec conversations.
- Technical fluency in data workflows, integrations, and automation.
- Experience building and scaling enablement programs like onboarding and playbooks.
- Experience managing enablement systems (e.g., Notion, Gong, or LMS).
