You'll generate pipeline opportunities for MYOB's mid-market growth strategy, sparking conversations with prospective customers. You'll own inbound and outbound lead generation, partnering with sales to drive deals and deliver standout customer experiences in a 6-month contract with potential to extend.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Proactively generate and qualify mid-market opportunities via outbound calls, email, and tools
  • Build trusted relationships with prospects by understanding their challenges and goals
  • Work closely with Sales Representatives to progress opportunities and close deals
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly pipeline and opportunity targets

📋 Requirements

  • Experience in business development or sales development within SaaS or technology
  • Proven track record working towards targets and KPIs
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and modern sales tools
