You'll lead a team of Production Coordinators responsible for staging, allocating, and packing aviation hardware kits for customer delivery. You'll serve as a critical liaison between cross-functional teams to ensure on-time fulfillment. This role offers direct impact on production success and opportunities to engage with all aspects of the organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Production Coordinators.
• Oversee end-to-end staging, work allocation, kitting, and packing.
• Act as liaison between Account Managers, Production, Material Management, and Logistics.
• Drive rapid identification and escalation of blockers and production delays.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• Bachelor’s degree OR 4+ years of experience in manufacturing/production environment.
• 1+ years of experience leading a team or project.

• 3+ years of manufacturing scheduling, planning, or operations.
• Experience with kit staging, packing, and outbound logistics.
• Experience with ERP system and scheduling software.
