💼 About This Role

You'll make home visits to senior living communities to evaluate and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders. You'll collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to help clients remain independent at home. This role offers flexible part-time hours and a supportive company culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform evaluations to assess speech, language, and swallowing difficulties.
• Develop and revise treatment plans based on evaluations and goals.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care activities.
• Document observations and interventions using a touch pad tablet.

📋 Requirements

• Current SLP license in North Carolina.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA or equivalent.
• Solid computer skills; experience with electronic medical records preferred.
