Join SoFi's Lantern team to build and grow a financial marketplace, designing beautiful APIs and well architected systems. As a Staff Software Engineer on the Small Business team, you will lead development and testing of back-end systems, shape technical architecture, and mentor other engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in CS or related field
• 8+ years programming experience
• 4+ years Java, Kotlin or OO programming
• Experience with relational databases and ORMs
• Experience with microservices, GIT, CI/CD

• Lead development and testing of systems and services
• Shape technical architecture of the product
• Translate product requirements into user stories and technical solutions
• Deliver highly available and scalable services in production
