Description

As Director of Talent Acquisition at Agility Robotics, you will lead and build a high-performing recruiting team, designing and executing a recruitment strategy to attract top talent across engineering, operations, and executive roles. You'll partner with leadership to drive innovative talent solutions that support aggressive growth objectives and operationalize full-cycle recruitment processes.

Requirements

• 15+ years TA/People Ops experience with 7+ years managing teams and talent transformations
• Proven ability to scale TA in high-growth tech environments
• Experience recruiting across engineering, operations, and non-exempt production workforce
• Hands-on executive search experience (VP to C-suite) with creative sourcing
• Ideal candidate has both big tech and startup experience

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across Engineering, Operations, G&A, GTM, and Executive functions
• Hire, train, and manage a talent acquisition team fostering high performance and growth
• Develop innovative sourcing methodologies and oversee campus/diversity recruiting programs
• Partner with Finance and business leaders to align hiring plans and track metrics
• Architect talent technology roadmap (ATS, CRM, assessment tools) and manage TA budget
