• People leader experience managing multi-level, multidisciplinary teams of 10+.
• Service mindset with experience in staffing, RPO, or consultancy.
• Delivery excellence ensuring hiring goals and quality standards are met.
• Commercially savvy with experience growing Enterprise accounts and producing RFPs.
