💼 About This Role

You'll teach behavioral and social skills to children with autism in a 1:1 setting, following BCBA-developed treatment plans and recording progress in Central Reach. You'll receive two weeks of paid training to prepare for your RBT exam.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Teach behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills in 1:1 sessions
• Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs to increase communication and play skills
• Record progress in Central Reach data collection system using a tablet
• Clock in/out and submit session notes per ABA regulations

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years experience as a Registered Behavior Technician
• Available Monday through Saturday
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• CPR/BLS certification for San Diego, AZ, or VA
• TRICARE-certified
