Description
You will drive adoption of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen by selling to OBGYNs, MFMs, and genetic counselors in Central Louisiana. This field sales role involves prospecting, managing key relationships, and executing a strategic business plan to grow utilization.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years outside field sales experience in healthcare, calling on providers in the territory
- Demonstrated successful sales track record with strong presentation and listening skills
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Self-motivated, results-oriented with strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA and patient privacy regulations
Responsibilities
- Increasing utilization of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen through direct sales to OBGYNs, MFMs, and Genetic Counselors
- Identifying, developing, and managing commercial relationships with key opinion leaders
- Prospecting and cultivating new business while maintaining key relationships
- Creating and implementing a strategic business plan for territory growth
- Managing full sales cycle including lead generation and attending trade shows
