Description

You will lead the data science group, working with Fortune 500 clients to solve complex business problems through BI and data analytics solutions. You will manage teams, drive delivery, and build client relationships while contributing to practice development.

Requirements

• 15+ years overall experience with 10+ years in data analytics execution
• Mastery of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik), backend systems (SQL, ETL frameworks), and data modeling
• Experience with cloud-native platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, AWS) and data lakes
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Build trust with senior stakeholders through strategic insight and delivery credibility
• Translate ambiguous client business problems into BI solutions
• Oversee multi-client BI and analytics programs with competing priorities
• Ensure scalable, high-quality deliverables aligned with business impact
• Manage 15-20 team members, including recruiting and onboarding
