💼 About This Role

You'll design and build data infrastructure and pipelines at Canada's largest mutual insurer following its merger with Beneva. You'll enable data-driven decision-making across the organization by ensuring data accessibility and accuracy. 🎯 What You'll Do

  • Design and implement robust data infrastructure and pipelines.
  • Automate data operations, pipeline monitoring, and data integration.
  • Optimize data pipelines for efficient data flow and performance.
  • Implement data quality frameworks to ensure data reliability.

📋 Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 4-5 years of relevant data engineering experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure Services (DevOps, Databricks, SQL Server, etc.).
  • 2+ years of experience in ML engineering and MLOps.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Azure certifications (Azure Data Engineer Associate).
  • Databricks certifications (Data Engineer Professional).
  • Experience with modern data transformation tools like dbt or Dataform.
