🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor multiple engineering teams and their managers
• Drive engineering execution and on-time delivery of secure systems
• Design and develop high-scale distributed production systems
• Collaborate with product, design, and business stakeholders on roadmap

📋 Requirements

• Proven track record leading engineering orgs in high-growth environments
• Deep backend expertise in Rust (required) and TypeScript/Node.js
• Experience designing and scaling microservices in AWS cloud
• Strong skills in people leadership and cross-functional collaboration
