Description

You will operate back-office activities for a regulated financial entity, ensuring compliance and settlement of market transactions. You'll manage bank funding, cash flow analysis, and SAP movements, while acting as a strategic partner for cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, business administration, economics, accounting or related field
• At least 8 years experience leading back office or financial operations in banks, regulated entities or fintechs
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Experience with interbank loans, overnight operations, securities, coupons and maturities using financial applications and core banking
• Experience with local tools: SEBRA, DCV, Deceval, ACH and Cenit

Responsibilities

• Operate back-office activities for a local financing company under Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia supervision
• Comply with and settle market transactions via SEBRA (CUD and DCV) and commercial bank portals
• Manage bank funding to ensure operational continuity and manage bank accounts
• Upload and analyze short-term cash flow daily
• Manage SAP movements and reconciliations
