💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end payroll processing for Malaysia and regional markets, ensuring accurate and timely payments. You'll manage statutory compliance and vendor coordination in a high-precision, high-trust role. This is a critical position at BJAK, a leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end monthly payroll processing for Malaysia and assigned regions.
• Manage statutory submissions and compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, income tax).
• Perform payroll checks, reconciliations, and validations before payout.
• Process salary adjustments, promotions, bonuses, and ad-hoc payments.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in payroll operations, preferably multi-country or regional.
• Strong understanding of Malaysian payroll legislation and statutory requirements.
• Hands-on experience with payroll systems, HRIS tools, and spreadsheets.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with EOR providers.
• Proficiency in HRIS integration.
• Experience in the insurance or fintech industry.
