You'll support the coordination, processing, and administrative functions of the utilization review process. You'll work closely with UM nurses and physicians to ensure timely and appropriate review of healthcare services. This role is key to maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Receive and process authorization requests for medical services
• Coordinate with providers and internal staff to gather documentation
• Enter authorizations into the utilization management system
• Track pending authorizations to ensure timely processing

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years experience in health plan environment
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Associate's degree or healthcare certification
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Certification as Medical Assistant
