🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead IT operations including infrastructure, cloud, and end-user support.
• Own incident response, triage, and security incident coordination.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, HITRUST, PCI, and NYDFS frameworks.
• Manage IT budget, KPIs, and operational risk reporting to execs.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in IT operations or security.
• 5+ years in senior leadership or management.
• SOX controls experience in regulated environment.
• Experience with AWS/Azure, ITSM tools, and disaster recovery.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare or fintech.
• Familiarity with HITRUST or PCI.
• Experience leading hybrid/remote IT teams.
