You'll lead the technical design, development, and deployment of all digital products at Viral Nation, a social-first marketing agency. Your core impact will be building and mentoring distributed engineering teams while driving the technology and product roadmap. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Recruit, onboard, develop, mentor software engineers and technical leaders
• Lead engineering planning and coordinate technical team deliverables
• Use activity data to measure engineering performance and optimize processes
• Collaborate with Product, DevOps, and Data Science teams on roadmaps

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of web and mobile app development experience building customer-facing products
• 7+ years of people management and hands-on coding with full-stack teams
• Strong knowledge of AWS cloud and AI services, React.js/Node.js, React Native, Java Spring Boot, Angular, Python, MySQL, DynamoDB
• Strong knowledge of SaaS architectures, agile methodologies, and product management
