🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate member readiness

📋 Requirements

• Active CADC, CRADC, LCPC, or LCSW license
• Proficient with EMR systems and telehealth platforms
• Private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet
