💼 About This Role

You'll lead barista teams during scheduled shifts at a Starbucks location operated by Gopuff, ensuring order accuracy and fast delivery. You'll maintain the Starbucks Experience, coach team members, and execute store operations. This role offers the chance to grow your leadership skills in a dynamic retail environment.

• Anticipate customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment.
• Assist with new employee training and provide respectful coaching.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years of leadership experience in retail, grocery, or restaurant.
• ServeSafe Certification highly preferred.
• Ability to work fluid schedules including early mornings and weekends.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.

• 1 year of leadership in a cafe is preferred.
• Starbucks or other fast-paced cafe experience preferred.
