Description

You will design and deliver propellant, pressurant, pneumatics, and other fluid systems for the Terran R launch vehicle. This role involves owning the full lifecycle from concept through production, test, and flight, working hands-on at the factory to enable rapid iteration and tight feedback loops. You'll conduct trade studies, fluid and thermal analyses, and lead test campaigns to validate system performance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct trade studies to produce architectures and designs satisfying system requirements
• Size systems and components at system and component level
• Conduct fluid and thermal analyses using 1D steady-state, transient, fluid networks, etc.
• Create tools to enhance analysis capabilities and streamline workflow
• Own and lead test campaigns to validate system design and performance
