Description

You will lead the analysis, definition, and delivery of complex business and system requirements for strategic initiatives. You'll partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions are well-defined and aligned to business goals, while also mentoring other analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4-7 years experience in Business Analysis or related role.
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proven ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation of complex business requirements.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, discovery sessions, and requirement reviews.
• Partner with Project Managers, Developers, QA throughout delivery lifecycle.
• Analyse existing processes, identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements or automation.
• Coach and mentor junior and mid-level Business Analysts.
