You'll lead accounting advisory engagements for a range of clients from startups to PE-backed companies, providing operational accounting and controllership support. You'll drive process improvements and leverage AI tools to enhance client outcomes while mentoring teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Guide monthly close process and cash-to-accrual conversions
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and financial statements
• Support SEC filings and financial reporting processes
• Advise on AI and automation tools to streamline operations

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of advisory and controllership experience
• CPA or CA certification preferred
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems like NetSuite, Sage, QuickBooks
• Ability to travel domestically up to 40%

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with PE-backed portfolio companies
• Exposure to Software SaaS or Healthcare industries
• Knowledge of AI and automation tools
