You'll work directly with students in the classroom, implementing behavior therapy techniques and collaborating with teachers to support individuals with Autism and other IDDs. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement behavior therapy techniques in classroom settings
• Collect behavior data as specified in client behavior plan
• Document interventions and progress towards goals
• Provide support to students in interpersonal skills and independence

📋 Requirements

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
• One year of RBT experience
• Experience working with children with developmental/intellectual disabilities
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree OR 48 college credits including Math 100 and English 100 OR Passage of ParaPro Praxis
