🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and direction.
• Check food and ingredients for freshness and quality.
• Maintain clean and organized kitchen and work areas.
• Assist with menu creation and inventory checklists.

📋 Requirements

• 2 years of cooking experience with hot and cold food.
• Valid food handler's card (Southern Nevada Health District).
• Knowledge of Southern Nevada Health Food regulations.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors.

• Culinary school degree (2-4 year) or foreign equivalency.
• Moderate knife skills recommended.
• Experience in high-volume event kitchens.
