You'll partner with developers and scrum teams to shape quality strategies from the start, determining the right mix of manual and automated testing for each feature. Your work directly helps organizations manage risk and operate securely at scale through RegScale's continuous controls monitoring platform.

Requirements

• 8+ years of quality engineering experience with ownership of quality outcomes across the full development lifecycle.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop quality strategies based on risk and customer impact.
• Proven experience partnering with developers in an embedded or shift-left model.
• Solid automation engineering skills including API, UI, and integration testing.
• Experience contributing to or owning CI/CD quality integration and defect pattern analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own quality strategies for features and releases, balancing manual, automated, and developer-contributed testing.
• Embed within scrum teams from sprint start, contributing to requirement reviews, design discussions, and testability decisions.
• Build, maintain, and extend automated test coverage across API, UI, and integration layers.
• Analyze failures, escapes, and production defects to identify root causes and recommend systemic improvements.
• Collaborate with Customer Enablement to incorporate real customer scenarios into test coverage.
