You'll lead on-site construction teams for a modern construction company, managing multimillion-dollar commercial projects with a focus on quality and safety. You'll oversee remote supervision and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage, evaluate and train field project team members.
• Provide remote supervision to technicians on site.
• Plan, organize and direct production of contracted scope of work.
• Coordinate production and attend meetings with other trades.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years general construction field supervisor experience
• Experience managing crews on multimillion-dollar commercial projects
• Comfortable with remote supervision over phone or virtual meetings
• Valid driver's license
