You'll manage project schedules for the full lifecycle of distributed generation and utility-scale solar projects. You'll drive portfolio progress against schedule, budget, and key metrics for leadership. You'll also hire, coach, and manage schedulers to optimize workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage project schedules from Development to Final Completion
• Communicate portfolio progress against schedule and budget
• Hire, coach, and manage Schedulers and Senior Schedulers
• Integrate project schedules into a cohesive master schedule

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience in construction management
• Working knowledge of construction areas (civil, electrical, utility)
• Extensive knowledge of P6 Primavera
• Experience engaging and inspiring teams

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience in renewables industry
• Knowledge of Procore, Sigma, P6 or equivalent tools
