  • Hire, onboard and develop a world-class inbound sales team
  • Define and track targets for first response and follow-up
  • Analyze funnel data to improve conversion rates
  • Build and maintain playbooks and talk tracks

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 6+ years of B2B sales experience
  • 3+ years managing inbound sales teams
  • Proven track record of improving inbound funnels in high-velocity environment
  • Deep familiarity with Salesforce and AI-powered sales tools

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in fintech/payments or SaaS industry
  • Experience in a hub/shared sales centre model serving multiple countries
  • Proficiency in additional European languages
