๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Hire, onboard and develop a world-class inbound sales team
- Define and track targets for first response and follow-up
- Analyze funnel data to improve conversion rates
- Build and maintain playbooks and talk tracks
๐ Requirements
- 6+ years of B2B sales experience
- 3+ years managing inbound sales teams
- Proven track record of improving inbound funnels in high-velocity environment
- Deep familiarity with Salesforce and AI-powered sales tools
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in fintech/payments or SaaS industry
- Experience in a hub/shared sales centre model serving multiple countries
- Proficiency in additional European languages
