💼 About This Role

You'll own tool and machine readiness, material prep, and hands-on fabrication using HAAS VF6-SS CNC mills. When the line is quiet, you'll train on Fusion 360 CAM and Onshape to tackle the next challenge.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Machine flight parts, jigs, and fixtures from metal, plastic, or composites
• Drive 5S, label/storage systems, and consumables inventory
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance on CNC equipment
• Receive, cut, kit, and stage raw stock; operate forklift & scissor-lift

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in a machine-shop role
• Proficiency with common hand/power tools; read mechanical drawings
• Able to lift 50 lb and work on ladders or lifts

✨ Nice to Have

• CNC mill/router operation and CAM programming (Fusion 360 or similar)
• MIG/TIG welding experience
• Forklift or MEWP certification; aerospace or ISO-9001 experience
