You'll lead customer-facing technical support for 51.2T-class switches and 800G/1.6T optical transceivers in AI networking. You'll enable seamless integration of cutting-edge optical interconnects that power tomorrow's supercomputing. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide expert technical support for 51.2T switch architectures and 800G/1.6T optical transceivers
• Serve as primary customer-facing technical lead translating requirements into system solutions
• Debug interoperability issues across AI networking switches, DSPs, and high-speed optical modules
• Lead customer demos, evaluations, and hands-on system bring-up including switch configuration

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 5+ years experience with optical transceivers, DSP bring-up, and high-speed link debugging
• In-depth familiarity with AI networking switch architectures and Layer 1/Layer 2 configurations
• Experience with 800G optical modules and 51.2T-class switches (1.6T/next-gen strongly preferred)

• ASIC architecture and chip-level/EIC-level experience
• Experience interfacing with foundries and semiconductor manufacturing flows
• Previous experience at a leading optical transceiver or networking systems company
